Friday Jason brought home the stud boards, and trim and flat iron for the balcony.

Saturday morning we loaded up the doors we bought at Restore this Fall at the half off sale.

Dad jokingly told Sally to load up and she did (she is normally a home body) so she came for the day.

Jason and dad set up the saw and a "jig" so mom and I could cut ALL 260 stud boards to 98 inches without having to measure each one.

After touring the site, Sally decided to work in Daisy's department.

This was the scene at the wood cutting department. Mom lined the board in the jig. I cut off the end and threw the scrap (which was used for "
t's") in a bucket. After we had five stacks of three, (we decided three boards was our carrying limit) I carried the boards into the house.

Mom took down the next fifteen. We unloaded the bucket, took a water break, and then started the process again.

Jason and dad did a lot of discussing and planning.

They brought in the bath tub.

Here they are nailing the wall together.

One wall standing

The part dad is holding is the "t". These are used where another wall will intersect.

This was how we left it Saturday...and yes, mom and I did finish all 260 boards...and were beat but proud :)
