
Thursday after meeting with the rock guys (who are coming Saturday!), we had high hopes of lining and trimming 2-3 of the windows that line the front of the house. But like most projects, the first one always takes way longer than you expect. So being the first one, I guess we should have expected that...

The sun was already beginning to set by the time the trim work started.

But at least the end result was (or will be after the wood dries to brown instead of pink!) perfect.

Though we only got one window completed downstairs, we got all the (exterior) windows ready upstairs. That's because there is only one :) And it only needed a sill, no trim, since rock will be the trim. Speaking of rock, are you all as anxious to see the rock projects completed as I am?!?!
