Tuesday the Welders and dad had their work cut out for them. Jason decided that the final game room wall would be rocked...and the rockers were coming on Wednesday! First, dad trimmed some of the spray foam insulation that stuck out too far.
Then the guys added two boards and a piece of angle iron above the door.
The wall was covered with sheet iron.
Moving right along.
And then metal lathe.
And defeat...the rock work will be postponed another day.
Dad closing up while the Welding Wife was still going strong at 11:20. Well, I don't know how strong she was going but the room smelled strong :) I got a late start since I was the tool runner for the guys for the first part of the evening, but happily accomplished staining the backside of 8 doors. As with this entire house building project, the little bits eventually equal a finished project.
