Thankful Thoughts
Boo!
We've been hiding out but are still here.
November came and went in a flash.
The Wilson Family thinks so anyways.
My mom does lots of goofy things.
This year's Christmas card made it on the goofy list.
She is getting quite fancy doing things online-including ordering her cards.
Too bad she forgot to change the wording on the card and all 50 came back printed with our photos and:
May the Spirit of Christmas
be with You Today and Always
The Wilsons
Deena, Joe, Fallon, and Jack
Ha that is funny-just like Uncle Johnnie's head :)
Lily is growing and loves hanging out with her Grammie and Grandpa.
And her Granny at the Spice Village Holiday Sparkle event.
Photo with Santa-hehe
Our first Thanksgiving celebration took place the Saturday before the real day.
The weather was sooo cold but it was a beautiful day of family, food and fun.
"Let's see how much weight we gained after eating all that food."
And don't all families move furniture to burn off all those extra calories?
Stairs and snacks
Lots of games
Playing and hanging out
The Baylor Bears had their least entertaining game of the year, but Lily kept the guys in good spirit.
Family Photo
All the festivities wore us out.
But the new toys outside got us excited again.
Thanksgiving day was another great day.
Cousins
And more food
And Lily wore her bow most of the day!
The weather was nice.
And Lily learned lots from all her boy cousins.
We ended Thanksgiving with another big meal and more family.
We truly had a blessed Thanksgiving.
Daddy hung out with Lily the Friday after.
Mom and I did some Black Friday shopping.
We started around 4:30 that morning and I was on my way home around 5:00 that evening.
The crowds weren't bad at all with the deals starting and stores opening on Thursday.
It's always a fun but tiring day but I usually get all or most of my shopping done that day so I can enjoy December and focus on the things I love about Christmastime!
It's the most wonderful time of the year.
Enjoy the season!
