Life's Been Just Peachy!

 Our little peach tree was loaded with peaches this year.  Last week we pulled most of them and picked the poor thing off the ground and staked it straight.  I guess with all the rain, the roots were not big enough to hold it up.  Good thing we got it off the ground just in time for Lily to park under it in her stroller.  She specifically directed me to push her right to this spot where she could reach them while sitting down.

 They were sooo sweet and tasty tonight.

 Ha!

 Soon I plan to try to freeze some to see how they do. 

I bought a bottle of Fresh Fruit tonight and found a recipe on Pinterest.

Any tips??

I'm sure it will be a fun day in the kitchen with my little helper.
