A Week In...Ready for the Weekend!

 Well, we made it a week! 

You had an awesome first, three day week and have continued to adjust to our new life this week.

Mom and dad have been adjusting as well and always look forward to the part of the day when the pick up line starts moving.

 And your little face is spotted.

 You were very excited and in a great mood after your first day.  You even took a nap and was happy about it.  Since then, I don't think the eyes have been closing-though you tell me they have-but according to a little bird, they are usually wide open, which explains a few of these after-school naps.  You've always been my sleep fighter, sneaking in naps only when you can't keep those big blues open any longer...

 We've been getting to bed earlier but in the mornings, it always seems like a little earlier would be even better. 

Mom and dad are so proud of you, Lily.

  Thanks for indulging us every day and telling us about how it went, though I know sometimes you might not really feel like it.  Way to go on getting a good note from you teacher and two stars in PE already!  You're doing great!

We have one more morning of walking around the track this week, and then HELLO WEEKEND!
