What Else We Did on Vacation
This post wraps up our vacation. Besides fishing, we BBQd.
Ate lots of tasty food... while Jason drank.
Relaxed on the screened-in porch
Laid around at the beach
Watched the waves roll in
Washed (some) of the sand from our suits.
Held hands
Had a beer on the beach
Took note of the newest visor fad
(Dad let mom borrow his hat so ended up with her visor. I hope he had sun screen on his forehead.)

Strolled along piers.
Enjoyed seeing mom and dad take it easy for a change
Watched some surfer dudes
Watched waves crash in.

Marveled at pelicans (at least I think that is what they are.)
Made bird friends
Felt the sand between our toes
Strolled the beach at Port Aransas
Enjoyed God's beautiful creations all around
Some more creepy than beautiful
Sipped (or in Jason's case-slurped) coffee at the beach
My mom reports that dad is ready to go back.
The memories and comments like that make me happy.
Hello Angel! What a great trip...wonderful pictures too. You know it is quite a gift to enjoy hanging out with family. On your last post (before this one) that second photo is fabulous, of the coastline and the character of the place. You sure do have a good eye for photography, but I wonder, what kind of camera do you use, because the images are just so crisp and clear. Sorry if I have asked this before. Thank you for sharing your excellent trip and I also hope you dad wore sunscreen on his forehead (hee,hee). Your parents sound great. blessings to you all.
ReplyDeletehi! It was place where you can have a vacation with your whole family. I think it is a perfect place for couples looking for a place to relax and unwind. This is heaven for those who like swimming. If I'm not mistaken it was built and designed with love.God bless!
