It does. I was afraid they would not bloom this year since we disturbed them while they were getting ready to do their thing. I had an herb garden at our other house. I hope to have another one here. There is nothing like cooking with fresh herbs and walking outside to gather them instead of paying the high price in the store and then having the majority spoil before being put to use. You should go for it!
