Monday mom worked on adding two more bolts of cloth to the bedspread. I can't wait to see it on the bed!
The other three headed to the Weld House to get things back in shape. Jason put the insulation back in place and attached the plywood wall in the kitchen. The cabinets are due to arrive this Friday! Dad worked on the kid's bathroom faucet for hopefully the last time for a while.
I cleaned it all up.
And tested it all out.
Jason worked on covering the holes in the laundry room.
And dad covered the hole in the master bathroom.
Then it was time to set the bathtub back in place.
And caulk it again.
Jason measured for the wood stove pipe. We plan to purchase it this week since it is cheaper to buy in the summer than if we'd wait for the winter when we will actually need it.
At the end of the night it felt good to have things back how they were (kinda...but the main difference is working pipes!) before the fiasco. After the cabinets and wainscoat are installed it will be a little easier to get last weekend out of our minds.
