Clean Team

Saturday afternoon the clean team got to work. Just imagine not cleaning your house for over two years and that it acted as a wood working shop for a good portion of that time. Not one of those quick cleans.
Ceilings had a layer of dust.
Windows had a combination of dust, sheetrock/paint splatters, tons of cobwebs, dead bugs, living daddy long legs and dirt.
Some ceilings were more fun to clean than others.
Mr. Welder continued working on baseboards. First, he completed this kid bedroom.
Then he planed a stack of cedar for other rooms.
After mom got the surface of the kitchen cleaned, I cleaned the inside of the cabinets with pictures of dishes, pots, and pans dancing in my head.
Mom continued her window washing.
Since dad took the day off to go deer hunting and was not present to keep Mr. Welder on track, he got distracted and changed the tires on his trailer...and he wonders why we still do not live here :)
Mr. Welder's last project for the night was chiseling the extra glue that oozed out between these two boards. This area will eventually be capped with another piece of wood. With the glue gone, it will be able to sit flat.
Kid bedroom completely trimmed.
And master bedroom window sparkling clean.
