Not Always Easy But Usually Breezy...

True the majority of weekend days when we get time to work at the house, it is windy outside. I thought I would use this post to tell on us a bit-but not too much-we have our secrets. This is just an example of how things are not always as easy as they appear...Each time we have to move the scissor lift out of the house, we usually end up starting up the tractor. The lift is heavy and sinks down and gets stuck. So we use the tractor to push, pull, and lift until we get it on the metal tracks we have set up in the correct spot. I am usually freaking out thinking the lift is going to tip over. I try to be shut up, but am not very good at it! Here is one more...and that's all you get. Below is a piece of ridge roll Jason cut up after we had a slight mishap. So up we go in the lift, and we have this long piece (imagine it not cut in half). We are pushing and pushing it up trying to get it in the right spot, and whap, there it goes. Jason saw it coming but could not stop it. It is bent and creased beyond repair. Jason lost his cool just a bit and I decided Daisy and I should hang out (out of the way of flying objects) for a few minutes. We did have another piece since it would take two. We went about it a totally different way and it worked easy and like a charm. I say-hey-at least we learned from our mistake! And now it is even a slight bit funny...

And everything else has just gone smoothly...haha
